My entire order arrived broken and unsellable. I sent pictures of the damage but apparently there weren't enough pictures of each broken things (which was impossible in a box of broken glass) I received a lecture in response rather than a refund or replacements. I did not peruse it further because as a single person shop owner myself, I understand the mistakes we all go through while trying to start up so I'm going to chalk this up as a learning opportunity for this seller. I just hope it is.
