Our true rich simple syrup is now available in an 8oz bottle. We use high-quality demerara sugar to add extra texture and mouthfeel to your favorite cocktails. Demerara sugar more closely resembles the sugar used when the cocktail industry first blossomed in the late 19th century. It contains more molasses than today's refined sugar, which is chemically stripped of molasses and hyper-concentrated using bone char. Use half as much of this thick syrup in place of simple syrup in your homemade cocktail and punch recipes. It also makes an awesome substitute for maple syrup! One 8oz. Bottle makes 32 drinks. Shelf stable 12 months. Refrigerate after opening, will keep refrigerated for 12 months. We don't use stabilizers. If this product crystallizes after a few months in the fridge, reheat the bottle in a warm water bath to achieve your desired consistency.
