In addition to wormwood, wild spices such as thyme, marjoram, sage stand out; and others such as dictamus, calamus, gentian root, licorice, bitter orange, elderflower, cloves and coriander. After macerating the botanicals, it was aged in American oak barrels that have previously aged rum.
