Customers find the pads really comfortable and are happy with the products, but I really wish there was better differentiation in the packaging. Everything is the same color and it's nearly impossible to tell the difference. I think these would sell better if the different pad thicknesses had different wrapper colors, and if there was a bit of color on the tampon tubes. You have to look really closely at a small clear sticker to tell which variation it is, and the stickers fall off the pad bags.

I love the organic cotton aspect and burlap packaging, I just wish there was a card attached that explains what is in the pouch. If a customer puts the bag back in the wrong spot there is no way of knowing what is in the pouch, as the pads themselves are not labeled either. I can see mix-ups easily happen.
