BAENA SALUD masks consist of a layer that acts as a filter and is placed, joined and molded between two layers of non-woven fabric, called “Spunbond”. Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (EFB) of 98% and a breathability of 23 Pa/cm2. The material with which the filter is made is called “Melt-Blown”, which is a non-woven fabric composed of microfibers specially designed to trap and retain microparticles. The combined properties of “Spunbond” and “Melt-blond” result in a resistant, breathable material with a high viral and bacterial barrier capacity. Masks with a filter layer that joins two other “Spunbond” layers designed to trap and retain microparticles. High bacterial and viral barrier capacity thanks to the “Melt-Blown” intermediate layer. All masks manufactured at Baena Salud meet the requirements established by the UNE-EN- 14683:2019 +AC:2019 standard.
