We've found Sentia products to be a great alternative for our clients interested in reducing their alcohol intake. You can make a simple cocktail with a shot of GABA Black plus ice and a ginger beer, and it provides the same psychological benefit of "having a drink after work." Mildly relaxing, certainly not equivalent to alcohol, but great bridge for those interested in cutting back. Sentia also provides some great literature for creating more complex cocktails. Recommended!
