Our Organic Natural Beans are soaked in fresh water a day before production, so they can rest and soften overnight; the next day we boil them with plenty of sage and fill the jars one by one, by hand, to minimize damage. This lengthy process makes them significantly softer compared to more industrial products on the market; however, if you try tasting them with a sausage, or with boiled octopus, for example, you will discover the full intensity of the flavor that normally only a homemade legume could offer you. We also recommend adding raw extra virgin olive oil, a bit of fresh onion, and a pinch of pepper.
