Whole Bean Coffee SproTown is the blend used for Big Cuppa’s espresso shots. It is a blend of a Brazil and a Guatemala. The Brazil is roasted a tad darker giving this Espresso a thick crema and chocolatey body. The Guatemala adds just the right amount of acidity and floral citrus notes to make this a unique experience for espresso drinkers. Thankfully it makes a great drip as well. Roasted in small batches by Big Joe in Morrilton, Arkansas. Espresso Tasting Notes: Sweet Crema, Brown Sugar, Pecan, Balanced Acidity Drip Tasting Notes: Baker's Chocolate, Pecan, Cedary, Orange Citrus Country: Ethiopia (2 different regions) Processing: Washed / Natural Roast Level: Espresso
