Our shop is known for quality items that are not readily available at lower prices especially on AMAZON. A 600lb pallet arrived & was dropped in front of our store blocking sidewalk & restaurant next door on a Fri. No notification, not signed for, picked up by Kook Shipping Co 3 days later. Return a nightmare.
