I really love this brand but recently they won't respond to any of my messages. Rather frustrating! Buyer beware on the ski and ski pole mugs. The photo and the item description do not match. So if you're trying to order quickly and just go by the photo (as I recently did) you'll get the wrong item. I reached out to them to let them know about the issue but as you might have already guessed, they did not respond.
