Enjoyed the product so much! Wish I could say the same for customer service. The messaging through Faire was clunky at best... The response was distant and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager just to make sure that they knew the issues that a small business like mine that wanted to support them faced and was denied the opportunity. Seems like the responses are more bot responses except the fact that they got my name wrong TWICE. - Such a shame since it is such a great product.
