Bently and Lo has very beautiful designs, but the silver pieces are not e-coated or rhodium plated, so they are vulnerable to all elements, etc. when shipping. It is frustrating to have to clean pieces you just received, especially given the higher than standard wholesale price point. I love their styles, but the quality and price could improve dramatically.
