The design is fully customizable. Please provide your contact information (Name, phone#, & email). Please explain what you would like for your design (including text). If you have usable images to provide please note that you will be emailing images separately. Please email them to orders@giftworksplus.com. Please note that you will receive design proofs that will need to be approved before production of the order. Leatherette provides the look and feel of genuine leather. Great product. I highly recommend. The custom work was professional. I will admit I failed to see the artwork to approve it at first because it went to my spam. That delayed things. Moving past that, it took weeks past the new projected delivery date. I had to contact them to see where my package was because it was not showing on tracking. After contacting them, it showed up in 3 days. I feel like it was lost or forgotten. I was disappointed because I missed out selling at two events.
