One of my menorahs was broken. I kept sending messages and it seemed like a bot was answering me back. It was very frustrating especially since I am a small company. I reached out to Faire and they gave me a credit but I am unsure why the customer service is so terrible. Such a bummer because I love ordering from them but can't risk it.

Everything was great except for one product that came in the wrong size. I informed the company they sent the wrong size and they shipped out new ones ASAP. Unfortunately, they shipped me the same size I already had.
