The Ferreira family in southwestern Brazil harvests the beans for our La Passeio by hand. The coffee cherries are then processed half-washed, making the bean extremely sweet. Thanks to our gentle long-term roasting process, La Passeio is a particularly digestible and mild coffee with a strong character. The aroma is reminiscent of nut-nougat chocolate.
