Wholesale Organic Pasta - 02 Curvi Rigati (Bag 500g)

Like all C.Q.F.D pasta, Curvi rigati are made from durum wheat semolina from the organic durum wheat sector of Île-de-France and manufactured in our workshop in Meaux. They are dried slowly and at a low temperature to preserve the authentic flavor of durum wheat, as well as all its nutrients, including protein. Drawn in bronze, all C.Q.F.D. organic pasta is rough in order to retain the sauce for a tenfold delicacy. The shape of Curvi rigati being quite close to that of shells, they will take you back to childhood. We recommend that you enjoy them in the form of risotto, or accompanied by a fluid sauce (Sauces 100 to 199 in the C.Q.F.D. range).
