The Wrong Negroni was born in Milan between the end of the 60s and the beginning of the 70's, in the Low Bar, historical bar of the neighborhood still still in vogue today. It was invented by a local local bartender: it seems that during preparation of a classic Negroni, he confused the bottle of gin with the bottle of Prosecco.
