Fontana Formiello Balsamic Vinegar has a smooth, naturally mellow profile, with a balanced sweetness and acidity. It is aged in Modena, in central Italy, from a careful blend of grape must and wine vinegar, slowly matured in wooden barrels to develop depth and roundness. Its balance makes it well suited to simple dressings, especially when paired with extra virgin olive oil, as well as for everyday use across a range of dishes. This balsamic vinegar is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified and made without added sulphites, caramel colouring, thickeners, or sweeteners. Packed in a glass bottle with aluminium cap.
