Description
We make our nutritious, high-fiber organic fusilli pasta with just two ingredients: durum wheat flour and flour from Kernza®, a wheatlike perennial. Both are 100% whole grain, giving the pasta a high fiber content (25% Daily Value) and plenty of warm, nutty flavor. Bronze dies, used to cut and shape the dough, create a rough surface that allows sauces to cling, adding even more flavor. Our fusilli tastes great with just plain butter and salt. It's also delicious with pesto, in pasta salads and pasta bakes. This is the first ever Regenerative Organic Certified® pasta. I ordered samples of the pasta and crackers prior to purchasing for my store. The same day they arrived, after trying the crackers, I placed my first order. Both the crackers and the pasta are delicious. I've only had them on the shelves for a couple days and have already sold a few boxes. The packaging is beautiful, the customer service is phenomenal, and I love what the company stands for. Win win all around!
