Communication lacks majorly: After having to followup on the order location, I was sent items that were returned to vendor (supposedly an address issues, no other vendor has had). I did receive my items but, vendor also had issues processing my cc, again no other vendor has. I used a CC to pay the invoice directly to vendor as requested - but now my faire account is showing an outstanding invoice and I cannot place any new orders until it’s cleared. I’ve reached out to both the vendor and faire.
