Bittersweet, citrusy, and demanding of attention. Amaro draws on LA’s citrus history and golden-hour ease - delivering a West Coast riff on the classic Italian digestif. Distilled with orange, pink grapefruit, gentian, bay laurel, sage, wormwood, and more, it offers bold, bitter complexity with a lingering herbal finish. Serve over ice on its own, or with a splash of club soda. Try with sparkling wine (NA or full proof) in an elevated spritz or Spagliato riff.
