Zero customer service - they didn't even bother to update stock levels on Faire (which showed all items in stock) or have the decency to contact me via Faire or email regarding a fraction of the order being in stock and whether I still wanted what was available. I didn't, as the 4 lines they delivered resulted in a fragmented display. The quality is okay for a woolen scarf - photos on Faire show items as much brighter than they actually are, to the point where my staff questioned whether I had ordered the item.
