Description
Create your own chai concentrate for your cafe, fresh in house, from our hand-blended loose leaf chai. We'll include brewing directions, all you'll need is a pot, a stovetop/burner and a strainer. To make the chai concentrate, you'll boil our chai in water in a pot on the stovetop, sweeten and strain. Then you'll keep the concentrate in the fridge and steam/pour over ice on demand, a cup at a time with equal parts milk/alt milk. Our Original blend is by far the most popular, but we also offer Red Chai, Turmeric Chai and Chocolate Chai to meet your customers' needs or compliment your current offerings. Each 1 lb bag makes 3.3 gallons of chai concentrate, which makes 6.6 gallons of prepared chai, (70 twelve oz cups prepared chai)
