First and foremost, the customer service is top notch! I had some issues with the shipping carrier, after getting no where with the carriers customer service, Russell’s was able to get the information needed. When I got the package it was all packaged beautifully, the air plants are in perfect condition, and the ceramic displays are gorgeous!

These are a disappointment. Hot glued and will ultimately die. One was shipped with not pant and hot glue blob. The other small air plants are pale and many are broken. Do not purchase.
