Sizing: Available in 12oz retail bags or 2lb + 5lb bulk bags for brewing! Some heroes wear capes. Ours wears crema. Sure Thing is the pull-and-go espresso with the Touchy Coffee magic touch. Roasted to that just-right sweet spot (think cocoa-dusted brownies, roasted almond butter, and a caramel finish that lingers like a mic-drop), we built it for bar crew consistency and home-machine glory alike. The origin rotates, but the flavor blueprint is locked: classic nutty, semi-sweet dark chocolate and caramel base + a little Touchy Coffee magic. The biggest surprise will be how good every single shot tastes. Vibe Notes: - Milk-Chocolate Hug - Candied Hazelnut Crunch - Brown Sugar Oath P.S. Sure Thing is our trusty year-round espresso. This Bolivian coffee we got in this rotation made some of the smoothest cold brew I have ever tasted. With a beautiful balance of bright citrusy and nutty notes, our team was super delighted with the end results of our recipe testing. Would also like to mention that the overall consistency of the roast and the quality of beans is top notch.
