I received 2 tops that had damages on them in the thread/stitching. When I asked to have replacements shipped due to the items beeing pre-ordered by customers I was told since it's pre packaged this was not an option. Very unfortunate because this ended up my customers not wanting to shop with me anymore. Had to send the 2 back without grtting replacements.
