Initially I received these items broken. Actually it was the Anchor Hocking Bistropitcher and Red Rovr bamboo cups. I reported the damage and was sent the pitcher and Red Rover stainless steel cups. I really wanted the bamboo cups and wasn't expected to be invoiced for the replacements, whatever that might be.
