Wholesale Sweet Potatoes Green

This is a poster I illustrated as part of a series called, "Community Greening", where I examine some of the wonderful things that can be grown right out in the backyard...or in a community garden, to help the viewer to always have fresh food on the table! This edition looks at the leaves sweet potatoes, which are used to make a most delicious Liberian dish called, Potatoes Green! They are very similar to soul food collard greens, and Potatoes Green is one of the best dishes I've EVER EATEN!
