Fast shipping and great customer service. The items are made in China so you need to be okay with that and the wood of some of the items is lightweight but this brand has done their due diligence to make sure the working conditions in China are good including frequent visits to the factory. This is important to me and I'm guessing it is important to others so I thought I would note it. Overall I'm very happy with this brand so far and hope the items that I bought sell.
