In the "customize this item", please reference either your design's SKU number or a short description of the artwork. *Exclusive as long as you reorder the design at least once every nine months *On initial order, exclusive design requires a minimum of 5 pieces and $300. If not met a $35 customization fee will be added to order. *2 FREE revisions per artwork creation, $20 nominal fee applied per additional revision. *You may mix and match color and size to meet this minimum *Reorders abide by our standard reorder amount
