Intense green Extra Fruity Virgin Olive Oil, enhanced with slight bitterness and marked ardency. The dominant aromas of artichoke and almond are accompanied by herbaceous notes and some notes of cooked apple. This “Provence Olive Oil” AOP oil comes from a plot of olive trees planted by the Maupas family 20 years ago. An exceptional family cuvée produced in small quantities. The olives are harvested by hand one by one and cold-pressed less than 24 hours after harvesting by master mill Aurélie Sirvent. In order to preserve their unique character linked to our Luberon region in Provence, our olive oils must be stored away from light and heat, and if possible in their original sandstone bottle. 350ml bottle - Zero plastic - Recycled and recyclable custom packaging.
