These products have done well in our largest gift shop. We keep getting birthstone necklaces that have no hang tags and then the response (if I get one) takes a long time. Whoever is responding isn't understanding my question/concern and isn't the best communicator. Hang tags were mailed to the wrong address, so we've had necklaces for a couple of months with no branding or tagging to go out with the others. Very frustrating. How hard can it be to pop a couple dozen little tags in the mail?
