Our kraut-chi contains the same ingredients as our beloved kimchi. The only difference is that instead of napa cabbage, kraut-chi is made with regular cabbage. When we are sold out of kimchi we always recommend to our customers that they try the kraut-chi. It is absolutely just as delicious and does not disappoint! Shelf life: Ingredients: organic green cabbage, organic carrots, organic daikon radish, organic spring onions, organic ginger, organic garlic, organic sesame seeds, arame seaweed, red pepper, spring water, unrefined sea salt ------------------------------------------------------------------ Shipping Disclaimer: Our fermented products contain active, live culture probiotics. Natural fermentation may continue during transit, which can cause pressure to build beneath the lid, occasional lid bulging, and some brine seepage. This is normal and does not affect product safety or quality. Orders are shipped at room temperature. Upon receiving your shipment, please wipe down any affected jars, taking care not to break the safety seal, before shelving. While our products are shelf stable, we strongly recommend refrigerated displays to slow the fermentation process, and maintain the best possible flavor and texture for your customers. In some cases, kraut brine will leak onto packaging material and cause a strong, unpleasant scent. This does not compromise product integrity. Just wipe product down before shelving and discard all affected packaging. Please educate your customers that there may be pressure under the lid and to open jars slowly over a sink or bowl.
