“There must be a way to produce really good grain! ” When you think of premium brandies made from wheat, you usually think of vodka, less often of grain. We wanted to change that and set out to find the perfect grain, a grain brandy that breathes luxury. ÆRE Korn is just that — great distilling art, packaged in an elegant bottle with a genuine rose gold label. It contains a grain made from the best regional grains from controlled, regional and sustainable cultivation. ÆRE grain is distilled and filtered several times and is allowed to rest in special oak barrels for two years, where it undergoes a “light aging process”. This process doesn't give off much color, but makes for a rounder, milder flavor. Just like the exceptionally soft spring water, which reduces the grain to drinking strength. A huge effort compared to “normal” grain, but it's worth it.
