We simply followed your instructions, included a label with the product for you to have the ingredients handy when you made your own to brand the lip balms as yours and not ours. We contact you to find out why in the world we got 1 star when we followed your instructions perfectly, including the receipt from the order showing your label choice that you selected in the drop down right in the listing, yet you refuse to change the bad rating because you made a mistake -- not us! Most unfortunate, since we even offered to send you the labels. Twice we emailed you asking if you wanted this and twice you ignored us. Not only was I excited to to try these products, but I did and I LOVED them. I don’t want to sell something that I wouldn’t purchase myself. The prices are perfect and they basically sell themselves!
