Carving spoons is most easily accomplished when using a hooked knife, also known as a crooked knife. These kits include a right handed hooked knife and can be ordered with one or two wooden spoon blanks. The technique of using a crooked knife is different from traditional whittling knives, but once learnt, it is a very versatile tool.
