Our blonde is a beer with character. Malty and slightly sweet, it develops notes of spices. Food pairings: raw vegetables, spicy dishes, fruit salad. It will satisfy novices as well as experts. It is one of our first achievements. From the start, we wanted it to remind everyone of the beers of yesteryear. To achieve this result, we started with a very malty base, here the cereal is very present.
