After a careful selection of raw materials, our parpadelles (10 mm) are handcrafted by rolling and then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). The gentle processing of the dough with our rolling mill allows for ultra-fast cooking (2 to 4 minutes). Our parcels benefit from manual and meticulous bagging, guaranteeing careful packaging. Process for manufacturing parpadelles or pappardels: Lamination and drying at low temperature. Without GMOs, without dyes, without preservatives, without ionization.
