Vientos verdes brings together the voice of thirty-eight women geniuses of poetry from the 20th and 21st centuries: reference authors in world literature, alongside essentials of contemporary children's literature, and expands it with the vision of thirty-eight genius women of illustration, weaving together a tapestry in five languages: Spanish, Galician, Basque, Asturian and Catalan. Poems thread, house, seagull, dawn, vacations, with the memory of an elephant and the delicacy of a dragonfly; poems clouds, sun, rain and joy speak with the trees and swallows, round as the moon, a river passes, a deer passes. Made of stars and sky, they contain o nome das cousas bonitas, the shadow of a flower, stones, rain, sea like wings of words... Vientos verdes is a project born from the drive of the Genialogías Association, which works to make visible and disseminate poetry written by women. A tribute to the women who write, illustrate, edit, read and transmit poetry… and also a very special way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pintar-Pintar Editorial.
