Skilled artisans in Bali, Indonesia use recycled glass to hand blow this beautiful one of a kind glass vessel directly on top of Gamal root bases. This wood otherwise scraps from the hardwood furniture industry. As a result of the organic nature of the product, there are no two exactly the same. Some have larger wood; some have a larger glass. Slight imperfections in the glass are a result of the primitive hand-blown nature of the product. Because Cohasset works directly with the Balinese artisans who craft this product, our quality is top-notch. Not all sellers of these products have the same quality standards. ***Glass is crafted from non-tempered, recycled, hand-blown glass. It is essential to note that we do not recommend using these items for holding water due to their weight-bearing limitations. Additionally, it is crucial to avoid exposing the glass to the sun and an open flame, as this may result in cracking.***

Everything was so heavily packaged so that the glass didn’t break & all of the pieces were individually labeled so you knew what would bottom matched with which glass bowl. Absolutely goooorgeous work!
