With high heat temperatures the luxury cream separated and turned to grainy consistency. The products were not packed well and some boxes were damaged. The products should have been shipped more quickly and heat taken into consideration. I did not trust the rest of the order since the creams had turned to that consistency and the shelf life after high heat exposure to organic products and essential oils would have been more of an issue and risk for me.
