Socks feel like they come from Temu, they feel itchy and like a plastic material. Molly was unwilling to do a return despite these being a “top selling item” because she feels there is t a quality issue. Not my first order from her, also a small start up and appalled at her customer service. And yes, leads times are very long.

Cheap polyester socks. Not a good fit for my store. We no longer order from this brand. They feel like Temu socks. Had Molly been willing to do a return/exchange on her “best sellers” I would increase the size of my original order as I am moving into to a larger retail space.

Socks feel like they are from Temu. Very “poly” and not smooth and soft per the product descriptions. Molly is unwilling to exchange/refund despite having bought from her before. Customers were like ewww. But becuase she does t feel it’s a quality problem she is unwilling to return/exchange them. As a growing business myself, if she has processed the return or exchange, I would have increased the size of my original order as I’m moving into a much larger retail space.

Like Temu socks. Molly was unwilling to return/exchange despite having ordered from her before. She felt there was no quality issue therefore she was unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation other than throw in a few free items on my next order. I will no longer be doing with her site. Quality and price are of utmost importance to me and my customers.
