Bedtime Blend is formulated for fast-acting relaxation and better sleep cycles overall. This blend is safe for the whole family! Herbal ingredients include Catnip (Nepeta cataria), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), and Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera).
