The beads are gorgeous but the service was awful. Took almost two weeks to ship out. I messaged them 2-3 times with no reply, ever! None! I find that terrible. I love the beads and the price is fair so I’m still considering whether I will order again or not. But Definitely never order if you’re in any type of rush to get the materials.
