Place your hands side by side about the client's nose and invite them to take deep abdominal breaths, gradually relaxing their whole body. - Use in hot towel caddy, being careful to adhere to the manufacturer guidelines for your warmer. Apply 2 to 3 drops to a cotton ball/round or pre-moisten towels mixed with 2 drops heavily diluted in water. Never apply directly to heating elements. - Can be used at the beginning and/or end of a service. Open and close the treatment with blend chosen to set specific mood and intentions.
