1. We received 3 damaged items. I requested replacements but that "order" was cancelled because it's under their minimum. My original order was well over the minimum and it's not my fault the items arrived damaged. However, we were credited promptly. 2. My fault for not doing research before I ordered, but several items can be purchased on Amazon for not much more than the wholesale prices listed here, and one item is actually cheaper on Amazon than our wholesale price.
