It has long been favored by chefs as a dried chile, and is named after the city that used to be the most populous in Syria. -- In honor of the people who have cultivated this chile for generations, we make an annual donation equal to 5% of sales from this variety, to the Seattle chapter of the International Rescue Committee.

We really love the logo design and product design on the hot sauces, they look great on our shelves. The pepper vinegar is a unique product that folks have been excited to try and the orleans hot sauce in particular has been a popular purchase. Everything was packaged very well.
