We purchased several pieces from this brand and pieces arrived broken. We immediately emailed with pictures with not response. Since then we have had more charms falling off other pieces as well as returns from clients who purchased. Do not buy from this line they do not back their product and it is made cheaply and is poor quality. Not a standard for our retail stores in Newport Beach ca
