Regarding the texture: this is a slow-rise squeeze toy, which means it is firmer than a traditional squishy — this is actually a feature many of our customers love! Additionally, the filling is made from real maltose sugar, which can naturally harden in cooler temperatures. If you find it too firm, leaving it in a warmer environment for a short while should help restore its softness.
