Technical Data Vintage 2018. 100% Albariño white wine with Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin. Production area: Salnés Valley. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC for 18 days. Partial malolactic fermentation of 20% and subsequent aging on fine lees for 3 months without batonnage. Tasting - Visual Phase: Straw yellow with a slight greenish hue, clear and bright. Very fine carbonation. - Olfactory Phase: Medium-high intensity with aromatic herbs like bay leaf and mint. Aniseed and tropical fruit: mango, guava; and stone fruits: peach and greengage. - Gustatory Phase: Fresh and enveloping on the palate. Sweet, fruity (citrus), intense, and balanced.
